| Step 1. | Using the menu on the left browse the products available. When you find an item you like type the quantity in the box labelled 'QTY:' An alternative way to locate products is to use the search facility near the top of the page. Some example search terms are '96mm' or 'wood knob'. Search the results will appear on the page where you can click on the picture of the item you like to navigate to it. |
| Step 2. | Click add to basket. This will add your items, in the quantities you have specified to your basket. Keep shopping and add items until you've finished. You can add, amend or remove contents from your basket at any time before you go to the checkout. |
| Step 3. | Proceed to Checkout. Once you are happy with your selection click the 'Checkout Now' button. You will see a summary of your items. Please select your country from the drop down list. |
| Step 4. | Enter your delivery address and choose the delivery service you would like. If paying by card make sure this is your card address. |
| Step 5. | Choose how you would like to pay. The fastest way to receive your order is to pay immediately online using our secure payment gateway (Protx). Other methods of payment include PayPal (the online payment network), sending a cheque or by telephone.
