"Having hunted around the internet looking for just the right handle to go into my new kitchen, I came across Trade Handles selling the handles I wanted and at a brilliant price (most sites prices were doubled if not trebled that of Trade Handles), they also provided great technical information showing the length more importantly to me, the amount the handle stuck out from the door. Being a wheelchair user one of the drawbacks of having a small kitchen is that I am liable to hit door handles with my chair wheels or hit my hands (ouch!!). So knowing these dimensions I was able to measure before placing my order.

Ordering online was simple and straightforward with confirmation e-mails being sent immediately. However I had a problem, my kitchen fitter underestimated the amount of handles I required, so I rang Trade Handles the following day after placing my order. I spoke to Steve, who tracked my order and arranged for the additional handles to be despatched along with my original order, he also warned me that parcel force were a little slow with delivery and to check the handles for damage as they had a high porcelain content, any problems to contact them and return them so they would be replaced.

I need not of worried about my handles, the packaging was fantastic each handle individually wrapped and a very sturdy box for them to sit in.

I will definitely use Trade Handles again as I found them to be courteous, efficient and nothing seemed to be too much trouble, rare qualities in today's get rich quick society."
