Telephone Orders
Retail telephone orders are welcomed but please note that due to the extra processing involved, an additional £2.50 charge will apply for orders under £250 . Also, please be aware that website orders go straight to our warehouse and are therefore dispatched up to one day faster than telephone orders. To find out how quickly you can expect your delivery; Each item on this site has a delivery band shown next to the price (e.g.  ) estimating how fast the item will be delivered to you.
Note: For standard delivery, items are shipped in one consignment so if your order has products with different delivery bands, the slowest band will apply for the entire order.

To find handles based on more criteria, e.g. 'Bar Handle' or '128mm' use the advanced search facility that will search the entire site based on a wide range of attributes including, type, size, finish and availability. If you wish to return samples, surplus or damaged goods you must get a returns authorisation code which you can get here. Unfortunately we cannot process returns over the phone or by email. If you cannot complete this online please contact us. Back to top Samples
If you want to order samples (you can have up to 5) simply add a quantity of '1' of each to your basket and complete your order online as normal. Samples are only available online. To return samples visit the returns page to get a returns code. Back to top Trade & Wholesale
