Handle & Knob Samples

Note: Due to high processing costs samples can only be ordered online.

Want to touch and feel it first? Why not order a few handles to inspect, then send them back for a full refund when you are done.
To order any handle or knob as a sample please add a quantity of '1' to your basket and proceed to the checkout (exactly the same as if you were placing a larger order).

When you are ready to send them back use our returns request form - making it fast and easy to get your refund.

Want a few samples?
You may order up to 5 handles or knobs as samples.

Is it easy to return them?
Enter your details in our returns request form and an address label and returns slip are automatically generated making it very easy to send back your samples.

Are they free?
Almost. Return your unwanted samples undamaged and we will refund you in full for your products. You just pay for delivery and we cover the costs of restocking the handles, and pay the (really annoying) 2% transaction fee we are charged by the banks to process your order.

Once you receive your sample(s):
1. Check them out and make your choice. Tip: Use some Bluetac to fix your samples to your doors, placing a towel on the floor in case the handles drop off. Stand back, show some friends and make your choice.
2. Pack them up. When you are finished please remove any finger marks with a dry cloth, tighten the screws securely into the handle and place the items back in the plastic bags supplied re-fixing the bag with clear tape.
3. Go Online And Print Your Returns Form. Visit our returns request form and follow the onscreen instructions to generate a returns authorisation code and print-out. Don't worry if you don't have a printer, you can copy out the last page on a piece of paper.
4. Send them back. You may return up to 5 of your samples for a full refund (less carriage) using the returns authorisation form.

We aim to process returns and refund you within 28 days subject to our standard terms and conditions of returns.

What if I am sending back samples, can you refund me for these before my next order?
Unfortunately we deal with a large number of sample returns and for this reason returns are processed in batches, and are treated independently to any future orders.

Returning unwanted samples
You can, if you wish, return up to 5 samples for a full refund (less delivery) if posted within 7 working days of receiving them. This can be before or after you place your final order as the two orders will be processed individually. Returns can ONLY be accepted with an authorisation code by visiting our returns request form.

Make your choice and order more!
Ordering more handles is faster and cheapest online. Usually our system will remember your address so the process should be a bit quicker. Simply navigate to the item(s) using the menu on the left of the page, or enter the product code in the search box at the top (click 'search'), add the required items to your basket, checkout, then pay online. During peak periods, delivery times can be up to one day faster for orders placed online.

You can also order on the phone by calling 01603 872499, but please be aware that offline orders under £250 attract a £2.50 handling charge to cover the increased costs for administering orders manually. Trade account customers are exempt from this charge (due to the lower administration costs of being already setup on our dispatch system).
