No small print, and exactly as it is written below:

Purchase any ironmongery product from us and if within 10 years of the purchase date you find your product has suffered some kind of mechanical defect, for example a handle that cracks or breaks, simply send it  back to us for a free replacement.

You can do this a week after you have bought it, or 10 years after. If your product fails in any way just send it back to us - you don't need the original packaging. We will send you replacement product(s) to your preferred address, usually within 5 working days (subject to stock). If we can't source a replacement in a reasonable amount of time, we will send you a credit for your goods.

Exclusions: Normal wear to the finish/lacquer, or if you have cleaned the handle inappropriately.For tips on caring for your handles click here.
