Purchase any handle or knob from us and if within 25 years of the purchase date you find your product has suffered some kind of mechanical defect, for example a handle that cracks or breaks, simply send it  back to us for a full and total refund or replacement. All we ask is that you do it online.You can do this a week after you have bought it, or 25 years after. If your product fails in any way just send it back to us - you don't need the original packaging. We will issue a full refund for the defective items. Of course if you prefer a replacement and we can source it for you we will send a replacement.

Exclusions: Normal wear to the finish/lacquer, or if you have cleaned the handle inappropriately.For tips on caring for your handles click here.
