Our no quibble easy and free returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item you order simply return it, if possible in the original packaging with the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number within seven days following the date of receipt. We will refund your money in full less carriage or send you a replacement with no questions asked.
Please read steps 1 - 3 before returning goods
1. Email (sales@provide.co.uk) or write to us (address click here) or fax 0871 5227 437 stating your order number or name & postcode.
2. Wait to receive your RMA number, instructions, and a printable label (usually same day)
3. Return the goods back with your RMA number and label on the outside within 21 days.
All returns must have a RMA number
Items returned without an RMA number displayed on the outside of the box will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due. When shipping an item back for replacement or return, make sure the RMA number is clearly printed on the box. It is a good idea to write the number on three sides of the box. This allows our receiving department to process it faster. When packing an item to ship back, you can use the original shipping package if it is still in good condition.
Damaged products
Orders are well packed but if they get damaged in transit our support team will arrange for a returns collection or let you know how to return a package by Royal Mail. If your goods are damagaed we will cover the cost of any additional carriage including sending any replacements. Please follow seps 1 - 3.
