These are Easi T sash locks from eurospec hardware. These locks are recommended for exterior doors and they conform to the British standard BS3621:2004. This means the locks meet the criteria specified by home insurance companies.  The Easi T latch reversal system is very easy to use, simply one of the best locks on the market.
